Chili Cheese Dip


YUMMMMM!!!!! I just made this at Jessica’s parents house this evening. I miss making this with my cousin SarahJane. It was like a tradition for us! She even got me a can of chili for Christmas this year because of how important the memory is to us. It is so simple and delicious. Definitely great for last minute preparation for a party!

Ingredients:
1 package of cream cheese (Fat free works if you’re watching them hips!)
1 Can of Chili( your preference if you want beans or no beans)
1 block/bag of cheddar cheese (shredded)

                                     
Directions
In a 9x13" glass dish, spread the cream cheese on the bottom of the dish with the back of a spoon for easy spreading. Once even, plop out the chili from the can and spread evenly over the cream cheese. Then sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top. Pop it in the microwave for about 5 minutes and….it’s done! Eat with tortilla chips and you’ll be full in no time!
